This study aims to examine the implementation of Murabahah bil Wakalah on multipurpose financing products in a review Islamic Law. The research method used this is field (field research). types and sources data primary secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation. obtained are conclusions from various processes qualitative research. Starting collection, selecting appropriate data, presenting then concluding.The results murabahah wakalah contracts at BPRS HIK Parahyangan, carried out simultaneously with contracts. Where contract beginning determine selling price, agreed profit, installment period.
